Our small, enthusiastic team hails from the Netherlands and has always been active in the vacation industry. When we decided to move from the Netherlands to Spain, we took the leap to start our own business, turning our passion for vacation rentals into our profession. Now, we work happily for our clients from Spain, while our network and team members in the Netherlands keep us closely connected – even from afar.

At Hosting Guests, we believe that a reliable internet connection is all you need to make remote work a success. Our work with colleagues and clients runs smoothly thanks to clear communication via WhatsApp and email. Everything is handled online, and we sometimes seize the opportunity to meet clients in person. These visits make our work truly special because we can step into the vacation rentals, getting to know our clients even better.
Flexibility as the foundation for a strong work-life balance
Since we at Hosting Guests love to travel and enjoy vacations ourselves, we value the freedom to work from home or other inspiring locations. Generally, we stick to regular office hours, but if our team members wish to travel further, this is always open for discussion. This flexibility allows us to enjoy the best of both worlds: freedom and structure. We believe that this balance is key to staying both productive and happy in our work.

We often schedule visits to our clients’ vacation rentals to see firsthand how we can help improve their rental experiences.
